This is a perfect opportunity to recharge, reset and rejuvenate. This program is excellent for individuals who want to create new life patterns, break old cycles, transition into a higher plane of Self Realization and grow their spiritual professional portfolio. The 80 hour Spring module applies towards Yoga Alliance teacher training certification to become a registered Yoga teacher, RYT 200 or RYT 500. However, you can join simply for yourself for personal transformation.
Payment arrangements available for the full program total of $1008. I have been owner and operator of the Ayurvedic Yoga Awakening teacher training program for over 15 years. This is a Yoga Alliance certified RYT 200 and RYT 300 five star rated school. Graduates have gone on to open their own training programs, yoga studios and personal spiritual practices. As a Doctorate of Ayurveda, professor of Yoga, Nurse Practitioner and Master of Science, Reiki Master and YACEP with over 8000 teaching hours, I strive to weave the sciences and traditional arts of Yoga, Ayurveda and Self-realization to bring you the best learning experiences.

Become a registered Yoga & Meditation Teacher. The Ayurveda Yoga Institute offers year-round classes, private studies and professional certifications. Enrollment is open year-round. Study yoga philosophies, asana, pranayama, meditation, subtle and gross body anatomy, kinesiology, tantric kriyas, dharana, mantras as well as Ayurvedic and yogic lifestyles.
